I think your retention rate since our refocus in October is about 85%. UNHEARD OF!!!!!!. All other agencies are in the mid 40′s to 50%. I believe that speaks volumes of your efforts. Thanks for everything!

Consumer Products

I was responsible for adding 80 Counselors to our ever expanding Counseling Call Center Department. Pathfinders was by far the most successful in providing a majority of the candidates we hired. In looking back, they successfully recruited 58 of those candidates in 7 months. Only 3 of those candidates have not continued with us, that’s an outstanding 95% retention rate!

Mary is doing great! Everyone loves her and she’s made our principals look very pulled together and on top of things. She’s always on time or ahead of schedule with her projects. People in other departments are raving about both her and her work. She’s been taking on increasing responsibilities. I cannot say enough good things about her. Thank you so much for referring her.

You are the best recruiting group we worked with. I have written off many of the other ones. It is a lot easier to deal with one. You guys have done the best in finding people. Other than the 2 contractor people (that are gone in March), everybody else is from Pathfinders. We talked earlier on with the Witthausers, WR Placements, etc, etc of the area and they just didn’t have any good people.

Thanks for your help on this – especially given the short notice. We have struggled with another firm and their ability to provide the types of candidates we are looking for. Your ability to quickly respond to what we were looking for went a long way.

I just wanted to drop you a note about the temps we have. Our goal on the project was to Key 100 records per hour. Pathfinders Temps keyed at the outstanding rate of 210 records per hour while maintaining an error ratio of less than 2 %.

These stats are amazing in themselves! But it also points out the dedication and tireless efforts of yourself and your staff to support us…
